If you no longer have access to the mobile application or uninstalled it, submit the formal deletion request below. Our data protection team will process it within 30 days.
Please note: Deleting your app account purges all personal login credentials, push tokens, and device identifiers. However, official academic records (such as examination marks, attendance archives, and fee tax invoices) are institutional property governed by state and national education retention laws, and may be preserved by the educational institution as required by statutory regulations.
